Going through the process of configuring the data is a good way of learning how
this new application works - the only way at present. So, since Remedy

what you output needs to look like than just "HTML". ( That really
could be a lot of things.)
Let me know if you need help with the xslt syntax. (Assuming you have
the rest of the XML parser and XSL transformation engin
poke around on the server install dir for a program called arcopy or
runmacro. One of the two should be there and they can do this specific
task. (use the -h, -help flags to work out the rest of the command

That is correct.
If that worries you then make a new form with e-mail fields and do a
simple push on Submit of all records in the E-mail form.
Now do all you Filter work on the e-mails in the new form, this way
you are not doing a lot of work on the Main E-mail form.
