If you are mapping fields in the "Window Open: action, you may need to map
the fields in which you want to set the default values with the $DEFAULT$
keyword. Alternately, you may want to turn on some logging to see if there

Hi: I have some data in a mysql db table that I want to access within a
form using active link.Is this possible? The remedy server is using

I have an active link with an open window function. This opens a regular
form in a submit mode. For some reason, all the defualt values are
lost. This happens in both the webview as well as the client. There
