Application Dispatcher configuration

Hi listers! I spent the majority of yesterday trying to figure out why the approval server. didn't receive any requests. It turned out that the problem was the Application Dispatcher (arsvcdsp.exe) was not being started properly. The error we encountered was that it was looking for the

More information: When I Automaped the fields and unchecked the Match by ID checkbox the filter fired sucessfully. When revert back to Match by ID I received the same error. I need to map by id since the source forms will be changing. Any suggestions .. please
