CMDB Atrium 7.6 patch 4

We are currently in CMDB Atrium 7.6 patch 4 environment since people are Asset I created BMC.ASSET.SANDBOX.BULK after creating when I modified any people record using ARExport tool no people record is getting modified after creating the Dataset in CMDB do I need to do any thing.can any one guide

Hello, How do we license 7.0.x ITSM applications when they are residing on an ARS 6.3. I believe there are no Incident or Change Licenses in the drop down of license application in 6.3. In 6.3 there are only Helpdesk Fixed, Change Fixed etc.. and not Incident Management Fixed or
