There are one set of logs that skipped my mind.. Apache..
I checked the Mid-Tier logs which does not get written to unless there is a
bad username or password..
Not a character gets written to the arjavaplugin logs.
I have not however checked the Catalina logs which I should have.. I will on

With an internal server error, I'd expect to see a 'root cause' stack
trace printed in the logs. If you can't find that then I think you've
found another problem, ie the reason for the reception (the root cause)
is being "swallowed". This is very bad practice.
