Pulldown Menus don't work on iphones?

We've got a really simple 'submit case' form on the intranet where I'm working. Some staff are starting to access the form from their iphones and finding that the pulldown menus won't let them select a value. Has anyone seen this? Any ideas how to get round it? Thanks Kerry _
