Hi Daniel,
LJ is right and that’s the way to configure it. Openfire server integration in
ARS doesn’t support high availability or failover as of now, so you need to
install only a single instance and set your configuration to point to that
instance. Please do read the first note on this page
Joe,
Perhaps a staging form is needed:
1. Instead of trying to submit into DLD:SYS:DataWizAction, create a
Staging form that can accept all the rename requests generated. It should
contain the data you would push.
2. An Escalation on DLD:Lock runs if the Lock is OFF; to push a

Has anyone attempted this?
Here is the challenge.
I had attempted to use that Data Wizard to automatically rename a bunch of
companies if the name in the AR System did not match the name for the same
company from another system - both these systems related the Company records

Hi,
I have done Sub-Reports in Crystal, but I presume that it would be easy enough
in BIRT.
If you get intimidated by the config of RRR|DiaryX, let me know, and I will
walk you through it.

After updating, we are receiving the below warning when accessing any forms:

Hi List,
Is it possible to change the default color of the relationship lines in Atrium
explorer.
I would like to have different colors for the custom type of relationships that
like: Computer-2-Computer dataflow, Application-2-Application process flow, etc.
Thanks,
Mike
I just did some searching on Openfire 'clustering', and came up with some
stuff that might be able to get things workingbut yea...that's a
different technology altogether...

Yep LJ, you guessed what I am attempting to do. I suspect it isn’t possible. It
appears to go to the database to get the server information on startup.
Thanks Dan

Did you check the basics yet?
Verify disk space and file permissions to the log file path on the ARS
server.
Make sure the user/group that runs the ARS Service can read/write to
that path.
Thanks,

Daniel,
When I set this up, I set it up on ONE of the Mid-Tier servers, and then
performed the configuration so that the chat was pointing at the specific

Does anyone have this running on two load balanced mid-tier Servers?
Any gotchas that need to be worked on?

Do you have access to the arserver? If so, are any logfiles being created
in the logging directory at all?
Also do you have 'Log Per Thread' enabled? If so that might explain some
things.

Hello Listers,
I hope someone can shed some light on this. We have rapid deployments in our
environment so we are trying to automate the creation of packing lists to
automate our releases. So here's the scenario:
1. Every developer creates packing lists containing workflow elements

Thanks for the feedback.

We are actually going in that direction now because some of the Work

Hi,
Long ago I created a tool to help converting your current diary-fields to a
sub-form instead.
The interface is kind of crude, but it is quite powerful. For example it can
pull out assignments and status changes into separate fields, under the
condition that you have stored these in the diary
Hi Ayushi,
What kind of logging you are expecting to see in filter.log? Is it the case
that no filters are being fired & that's the reason you don't see anything
