we were using Analytics 7.6.06 with 8.1 and it was working fine .

Oh no we just spent weeks together trying to integrate Virtual Agent with MyIT.
It's not cool, having to navigate btw MyIT(user console), VA(another url/port)
and Remedy(some custom forms).
I can't quite wait to see BMC's version though, I'm quite a fan of the
individual components already.
