Hi Misi, What I am trying to do for upgrading to 9.0 from 8.1.02 I have commissioned a new VM ( os :linux) and ensured java and X11 conenctivity for running the installer GUI. I am intending to use the same db instance where my 8.1.02 app is pointed to. When I am running the remedy 9 installer o
