Have you had problems getting Location floor maps showing up in the universal

Can you or your DBA actually see these records in the User tables? If so,
have the DBA delete from there, then recreate - also if you are using ITSM
and the People form, delete those records as well, then try recreating.

I forgot to mentionI tried that! No go. I also did a modify all to
the entire User base to refresh the user cache without luck.

I haven't looked too much into this either but I think this works to feed the
"follow" and "stream" features in the product.

If you look in the CAI Application Registry form you can see the different
Social cloud plugins (e.g. Incident To SocialCloud, AST To SocialCloud, etc).
Against, this is at least what is in 1.1. I'm not sure how it all works in 1.2

I'm working within Smart IT 1.1 and from what I've gathered just working with
BMC Support on a bunch of issues, there is a CAI social plugin (in 1.0 & 1.1;
in 1.2 BMC created a new social plugin that doesn't use CAI) that sends the
work infos and other social aspects to get created in the social

2 days ago, something funky happened to my database. Not really sure what
it was, but the DBA was able to eventually restore it.
