We have recently migrated to Remedy 9.1.02 from 9.0.1. In our 9.0.1
environment, when an incoming email that had a BCC on it was processed by the
AR Email Engine into the AR System Email Messages form, the BCC value on the
form had the appropriate BCC value on it. Now in our 9.1.02 environment,
We created a customization. We have a people record with a bogus name and set a
template to accept e-mail from anyone anywhere and make an incident under that
person record.
We don't have any trusted domains, We just accept all mail.

Thanks so much. I'll run some testing. I was looking at one of our 9.1.02
installs and see you can now add trusted domains, so I'll need to play with
that too.

The method Crystal describes is how I've had to do it as well. Though I'm
able to do it through the Mid Tier, you just have to use the ctrl-alt-enter
hotkey combo as a search button. As I type this though I suppose I could
just make it easy on myself and add a search button.

the documentation the users need to have an email address and login id in
Remedy in order to use the RBE. There is also a way to add users to the
trusted email list that don't have a login id. However, we can have us
