Hey Kelvin, we're getting all the mail we're just not getting the format we're
accustomed to seeing when it came from exchange. Components or pieces of the
email are missing, not the actual email.

Has anyone had issues with email messages form no longer having all three
attachment alternatives when the service account is moved from Exchange to
Office 365? We normally see (and still do for accounts that have not been
migrated yet on 8x and 9x) email.txt, emailxx

So I have to make an assumption.
Your attachment is NOT stored in the same form where the username and program
name( the notification triggers) are located.
Have you tried setting up a join between your attachment form and the main
form. You'll need to add a field to act as a key to link
