I presume it is per user license and no concurrency is possible.

Let’s say if I’m rolling out DWP A for x number named Users, will be it be
like x number of read licenses to be added ?
Does BMC charge only for those names user licenses ?
Or Can we use unlimited read licenses ?

Catalog Manager is a technical component, but is part of DWP-Advanced offering.
These capabilities are licensed per named
