Change schedule question

Hi List a change has been scheduled for 11.07.2019 13:00 - 11.07.2019 23:00 but one of the tasks has accidentally been scheduled outside of this windows. Is this a bug or a feature? Where can I find the documentation of this functionality? Thanks Thomas -- ARSList mailing list
