Subject: Re: Permission problem with WebServices
Hello,
I am working on the single form
7.0.1, MS-SQL.
Is there any problem with SOAP-UI?
Thanks...

Hello,
Remedy does not provide such container/field which will hold the multiple
values (like array).
You can see your result in Mid-Tier log file where it shows each individual
result.
There is no mechanism in Remedy to collect those results.
Instead you can write your own container in Java
in?
Do all the fields that are used in the web service have permissions for
the
user that the web server uses to submit?

Anyone has the idea about this

Hi All,
I've created one web service having only one operation OpGetList which
returns number of entries.
It works fine but the problem is I want it should return only Unique values
i.e. if there are same multiple entries then it should return only one value
instead of multiple values like
, have you defined a proper bucket to hold the values? It
should be a sort of a dynamic array and not just field that can hold a
single value from a column..

HPD:Help Desk form. Instead you should use the
HPD:IncidentInterface_Create form.
Thanks,

Hi,
We have published an AR System Web Service for creating tickets.
ERROR (326): Required field cannot be reset to a NULL value; InputDoc
The above error
these values.
So I think you are using maxLimit somewhere in your qualification so at the
time of expanding the XML it does not getting that element thats why it is
giving the error.
In this case if I am wrong then please let me know the same.
Thanks Regards,

I have mapped the fields correctly...But still I m not getting the
entries...
I am not sure about the Start
the user tool to check the result list there? Maybe there is a single
record
that the query you are running out to return..
Cheers
