I have a custom form that I need to allow users with Read access to update. However when they go to save they get "ARERR [331] You do not have write access (for this entry) to field" Permissions wise, the field has Public - Change, Submitter - Change, Unrestricted Access - Change, and General A

Relationship Class Mappings ignoring query limits on primary class

First time trying this list so please be gentile ;) I am running into an issue when I try to limit a relationship to a specific set of records. Our system appears to recognize the limit in the query and then proceeds to ignore it and pull everything in. Here is the setup. Relationship source is
