We use BMC Remedy as our workhorse and have recently begun
planning/analysis of a Desktop Extension and Mobile Application
designed to let our customers fully interact with their data.
Initial project work:
+ Planning/Assistance during migration from Remedy 7.6.04 to 9.
+ Dynamic customer-driven form/workflow/reporting development.
+ .NET Services development.
Must be USA Citizen with ability to pass E-Verify clearance.

+ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, BIS, Mathematics or
related; Career experience considered in lieu of
+ BMC Remedy AR System (Two years development experience minimum
required)
+ Custom development only (Forms, Menus, Active Links, Active Link
Guides, Filters, Filter Guides, Escalations, Web Services, etc.)
+ Server administration skills
+ NO -- BMC stock application skills are needed
+ Remedy Versions 7.6.04 and above
+ Remedy 8 and above knowledge is a plus
+ Windows 2008 or greater
+ 2012 is targeted platform for migration
+ SQL Server 2008R2 or greater
+ SQL Server 2014 is targeted platform for migration
+ SSIS and SSRS is a plus
+ SQL Server administration skills is a plus
+ T-SQL knowledge
+ Stored Procedures
+ User-Defined Functions
+ Microsoft .NET v4 (Two years required)
+ C# is required
+ JAVA / JDK v6 or greater (Two years required)
+ JSP / Tomcat / Spring is a plus
+ Migration of BMC Remedy AR System platforms experience is a plus
+ Basic networking and security knowledge
+ Mobile Application Development experience is a plus
