Hi,
I would like to know the answer for Abydos Analyser as well as it would appear
that only Abydos Designer has been taken on board and promoted by BMC.
As for a similar tool, you could look at:

Hi,
I have tried to follow the instructions but when I get to the stage of
downloading the BIRT Resources.zip file I can't as this form on my

Does anyone know if this Resources.zip file can be obtained elsewhere or
at what point during the installation of 7.6.04 this file
Hi,
Whilst waiting for Support to get back to me I was wondering if anyone had come
across a situation like this before.
Running ARS V7.1 on Solaris to remote Oracle 10 database, I get the following
error message when trying to access an Audit Form via the Admin Tool:

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had heard of an integration mechanism between
Remedy and IBM Rational Doors. Apparently there is no such thing as a
webservice available for DOORS but just an API based on their
proprietary DOORS eXchange Langauge (DXL).
Any pointers would be helpful.
Thanks in
’ API is one of those two.
Come to think of it, there’s Perl and Python compatible APIs, too.

Hi,
I can't seem to locate the database field that contains the
'Schema-Alias' value for a given schema. I know that it is stored in the
Alias section of the View Properties of a form.
I am selecting a form (schema) from a list (obtained by an SQL query on
the arschema table) attached to a

Hi,
Is DDE still usable on XP? Could someone please indicate how to locate
the correct location to place a dde.ini file for AR User Tool V7.5?
Whatever location I place the file in it always returns the same error
message in that the format of the dde.ini file must be either CSV or
TAB. No matter
Hi Joe,
Yes I have created the file and placed it in the ARinstallation directory but
it still doesn’t seem to be recognised. I will keep on trying. I will also look
at the ar.ini file.
Thanks.

Hi,
I am using Flashboards on ARS V7.5 and I have a requirement to customise
the display of the flashboard.
I have a Flashboard Variable that selects all the currently open Help

Hi Doug,
Thanks for your suggestions.
Option 1, although quick, would not help as it is possible that other
values will be removed from the menu. As the data in the menu is
controlled by other parties then it is not really sensible or feasible
to go down this route.
Option 2 is what I am

Hi,
Environment: ARS V7.1
an error message more friendly.
Make the character menu's display type as drop list and you will never have to
deal with that error..

You do not have to change the Menu type.. just the field property of the
field that the menu is attached to.
You will find this option in the first default tab of the field property
in the mid upper right corner of the field property dialog..
