Hello: Remedy AR System version 7.1.x provided the web service (HPD_IncidentInterface_Create_WS) to insert the Incident record into HPD_Help_Desk form. This web service contain the method (HelpDesk_Submit_Service). How to call that method from ASP.NET (using C#)? HelpDesk_Submit_Service ( HelpDesk_Submit_Service As CreateInputMap ) As CreateOutputMap What type of ASP.NET object should be the input parameter for this method.
