AREA and ARDBC using SSL (7.6.4)

Questions about SSL-enabling the 7.6.04 midtier

I have a stupid question. I have a 7.6.04 midtier server running IIS 7.0 and apache tomcat 6.0.32 and we want to ssl enable the midtier. Do I need just SSL enable IIS or do I need to also SSL enable tomcat? Do I need to do anything with the redirector? Thanks... -dave
