We are in a process of fine tuning remedy code written for saving a
ticket. We have identified that remedy scans through all the filters
defined in the system on a particular form. This also includes filters
related to SLAs defined in the system. We want to disable 200 odd SLAs
as the owners of the SLAs are no longer with us. Along with these 200
SLAs we want to disable filters also which are created by SLA building
module while building these SLAs. This should get rid of roughly 1600
filters resulting into fast execution of ticket save code.

 

Kindly let me know if there is a way to find out filters defined /
created for a SLA while building it through database or thru remedy.
