Rami There are two fields for Status reason.. the one we see is z1D_Status_Reason the hidden is Status_Reason. You need to add the value to SYS:Status Reason Menu Items form and also modify the fix attributes of Status_Reason hidden field to make both fit. IMHO a very strange design decision.
