Hi Ravi,
Thought about that as well, but was checking whether there was a better /
easier way.
Ben Chernys (Software Tool House) contacted me as well with something (at
least) worth checking out.

Rob.

Thanks. I'll see what I can do.
Don't know when (yet, as someone else is defining the priorities :-( )

Hi,
Like mentioned in this topic about a hanging E-Mail Engine
(http://listserv.rbugs.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind1209L=ARSLISTD=0P=101940)
we're occassionally experiencing similar behaviour with our Approval Server.
We already restart our processes once a week, but that may not be enough.

Thanks.

Hi Jiri,
Thanks, I'll investigate this.
For your information: We're not using the ITSM part as we have a different
backend for our Service Management tooling.

Rob.

Hi Martin,
Thanks.
I'll look into this, but I suspect, this might be an issue with the customer:
Who is allowed to do these overrides.
They're kind of hierarchical ;-)

Hi Doug,
Thanks for your full description on how to do it the easy AND Supported way.
I had to add an additional action Flush MidTier Cache before it was visible,
but it really was easy (once you know where to look :-) ).
Thanks again!
Rehards,
Rob.
Hi,
Thanks.
I already supposed so :-(
I'll have our Service Delivery Manager go back to the customer, as he was the
one who promised this :-(

Rob.

Hi,
Thanks for this detailed response.
Although it seems possible, I doubt whether management will let me do this.
I'll try to have our Dev-environment copied to tamper with it.

Rob
