One is to be very technical and the other will be more process-focused. This is for the process-focused candidate Job Description: Consultant will Implement the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite and Atrium CMDB for managing service deliveries and provide IT infrastructure consulting services for implementing such services as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management, and Asset Management. Ensure seamless integration with BMC Remedy ITSM product suite. Required Abilities: - A requirements workflow and process person. They will have to know the built in process flow of the product - This candidate will be less technical and more people/business/process focused - Will be leading requirements sessions - Must be able to explain workflows client - Will be the one laying out the processes and work flows Title: Remedy Admin/Engineer Location: Maryland Start Date: ASAP End Date: December 31st Client for 2 top-level Remedy consultants to help stand up Remedy. This is for the highly technical candidate Job Description: Consultant will Implement the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite and Atrium CMDB for managing service deliveries and provide IT infrastructure consulting services for implementing such services as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management, and Asset Management. Ensure seamless integration with BMC Remedy ITSM product suite Required Abilities: - Technical person to install, configure and code.
