Thanks for the help. The 7.5 integration guide book (page174) I have said
Sqlserver nvarchar is supported but apparently it is not. Thanks for all

I am having a issue with a report that works on the client but fails when

One of my coworkers was checking our remedy sever and found 200,000
files named like this one: SLAConfig1717051508.bak. They seem to be
generating every second on the server on the C drive. Can anyone help me

Is anyone using Remedy Link for palm on ars 7.0.o1? I know it is not
supported anymore but is there any reason it would not work on 7.0.01?

Hello,
Can anyone come up with a good reason why the Display name would not
show up on emails if it was set in the email mailbox configuration .
It works fine on our 5.3 boxes. Its seems not to be working at all on
our 7.0 boxes.

Still don't know why but this is how we fixed this issue.
Change armonitor.exe path in registry from C:\Program Files\AR System\
To C:\Progra~1\ARSyat~1
This also worked for aremail that was having the same issue.

Using the starting commands from the services on the command line did
not start the server and did not return an error. Just went back to the
comand prompt.

We did replace a failing hard drive that was about to fail but that was
after the crash. I will check on the arserver.exe. If a corrupted/failed
remedy file is the case what would be the best way to certify the files
are okay? Reinstall? Uninstall?

The arerror.log provided no information at all. It just stopped suddenly
at the time the ars crashed.
