CSRA has an immediate staffing requirement for a Remedy Administrator to join 
our Mission Critical Cyber Team located in Arlington, VA. The National 
Cybersecurity Protection System (NCPS) is an integrated system of intrusion 
detection, analytics, intrusion prevention, and information sharing 
capabilities that are used to defend the Federal Executive Branch’s IT 
infrastructure from cyber threats. NCPS is housed within the Network Security 
Deployment (NSD) Division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
As the selected Remedy Administrator, you will be responsible for the following 
(not limited to):

  *   Administer and program BMC Remedy ARS
  *   Perform upgrades and install the BMC Remedy ARS, Mid-Tier, CMDB, 
Incident, Problem, Asset, SLM, Service Request, Dashboard and Analytics, and 
Knowledge Management
  *   Develop and implement modifications to the Remedy configuration 
management database (CMDB)
  *   Create detailed designs based on customer's functional requirements
  *   Install and configure Remedy ITSM suite of products and applications (8.0 
or later)
  *   Provide technical support to customers by investigating and resolving 
systems-related matters
  *   Provide support telephonically and/or electronically
  *   Analyze user requirements and provide recommendations to ensure task 
compliance
  *   Create process, data, and workflow models

Candidate Qualifications:
Experienced hands-on knowledge with the following:

  *   BMC Remedy ARS version 8.0 or later
  *   IT System Management (ITSM) suite 8.0 or later
  *   BSM Dashboards 7.7.02
  *   BSM SAP 4.1 or later/BSM Analytics 8.1
  *   Microsoft SQL 2008 or later
Capabilities:

  *   Administer and program BMC Remedy ARS
  *   Perform upgrades and install the BMC Remedy ARS, Mid-Tier, CMDB, 
Incident, Problem, Asset, SLM, Service Request, Dashboard and Analytics, and 
Knowledge Management
  *   Develop and implement modifications to the Remedy configuration

  *   Responsible for creating detailed designs based on customer’s functional 
requirements
  *   Install and configure Remedy ITSM suite of products and applications (8.0 
or later)
  *   Provide technical support to customers by investigating and resolving 
systems-related matters
  *   Provide support telephonically and/or electronically
  *   Analyze user requirements and provide recommendations to ensure task 
compliance
  *   Create process, data, and workflow models


Basic Qualifications:

  *   Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  *   5 or more years of experience developing Remedy Action request System
  *   3 or more years of experience as administrator or developer of Remedy 
ITSM Suite
  *   Experience working with one or more structured programming languages 
which demonstrates understanding of programming logic and flow control
  *   Experience working with design principles such as workflow resource 
patterns
  *   Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  *   Good communication skills to work effectively with team members, support 
personnel, and clients
  *   Good leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced 
personnel
  *   Ability to work as part of team and independently
