This is regarding an error that most of our Users come across while trying to 
submit their IT Survey. They get the Write License error and this happens to 
the Users with a Read License and only "Unrestricted Access" in their User 
profiles. We've noticed that they can submit the Survey when we provide them 
with the "General Access" permission, which is the permission on most 
of the fields of SRM:Survey and not the Unrestricted Access.
Most of the Users have the "Read License/Unrestricted Access" and the 
number of such users is around 15,000. Would the better solution be 
to provide all the fields on SRM:Survey with Unrestricted Access permission or 
to update all the User profiles with General Access permisssion.
