The "All Must Approve" flag does not change the way rejections work but I
used the method suggested my Mr Greg Givens (strangely I got the same exact
suggestion from BMC at almost to the same time as Greg's post) and that
worked exactly as I wanted.

Thanks guys, I tried both and the PERFORM-ACTION-APPLY was the only one that
worked. Funny I didn't even see that Process command in the docs till you
mentioned it.

Thanks to Axton and Remedy support. The "write error: Bad file
descriptor" means a corrupted file system. Run fsck on the filesystems.
