Full Time BMC Remedy ITSM Administrator/Developer – San Diego
Mid-Level Remedy Administrator/ Developer experienced with ITSM 7.6.04 
Support and maintain recently upgraded Remedy ITSM 7.6.04 system providing code 
fixes and enhancements.  Prepare and upgrade an additional Remedy system from 
ARS 7.0.01/ITSM 6 to ARS/ITSM 7.6.04. Both systems are on MS platforms and one 
integrates with SharePoint. Knowledge of Single Sign On with CAC is desired.  
The successful candidates will have experience with ITSM 7.6.4 configuring 
companies, login accounts, support groups, categorizations, locations, assets, 
notifications, etc.  Translate ongoing customer requirements into Remedy 
customizations into code while maintaining system integrity.
Requirements 
* Department of Defense Secret Clearance 
* Min 3-5 years of BMC Remedy ITSM administration/development experience
* Proficient with BMC Remedy Action Request System, ITSM Suite, Mid-Tier, MSSQL
* Familiarity with MS SharePoint, Java, SSO, DSO, Stunnel
* Ability to develop complex reports using Crystal Reports.
* Experience with Help Desk/ Asset/ Change Management and SLM applications
* Experience using Developer Studio
* Effective Customer support skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organization and communication skills
