Well, I just got off the phone with BMC and they confirmed that this class is only open to BMC Partners.
The suggested replacement courses for non-partners are:
ITSM 7: Application Administering Essentials - wbt
Remedy Service Desk 7.x: Using Incident Management - wbt
Remedy Service Desk 7.x: Using Problem Management - wbt
Remedy Service Desk 7.x: Administering
Remedy Change Management 7.x: Using - wbt
Remedy Change Management 7.x: Administering
BMC Service Level Management: 7.x: Basic - wbt
BMC Service Level Management: 7.x: Advanced - wbt
Remedy Asset Management 7.x: Using - wbt
Remedy Asset Management 7.x: Administering
I'd much rather take one week-long course than have to travel for three or four 1-2 day classes (which aren't even scheduled back to back) and boring wbt classes on SLM...

Has anyone who is not a BMC Partner sucessfully registered for this class (in the USA)?
Our sales person swears that I am not able to register/attend this class, and instead must take ServiceDesk/Change/Asset administration courses.
Anyone?
