Actually, I stand corrected - the users can't assign to ANY groups. The lookup

We have a number of new companies (6). People can see every support group
under their company, but most are only granted access to one company.

We've applied only a partial patch 5 and the problem went away but this is
NOT recommended (and we applied the full patch later). The bug

All of a sudden and every few days, this error comes on any remedy form if
you try to save the record. On reboot everything works fine

if you're on Version 7.1 but patchlevel < 5 then you hit the following
bug which is fixed in patch 5.
SW00291689: ARERR 306 occurred frequently even when all the data and
forms were correct, but it did not reoccur upon restarting the AR System
server.
