We are also having this issue where I am. We are also on mid tier 7.5 and
ARS 7.5 with Tomcat 6. Did you ever find a resolution to this?

to a Vendor form on submit, which works fine.
unfortunately all our forms which read from a vendor form halt with ARERR 9350
on the midtier - they all work without problems in the User Tool.
