Search for arloganalyzer on the bmcdn. arlogtmr has been retired, and
won't work on 7.x logs.
0. Install and add directory to your path
1. Copy all the relevant logs into a new folder
2 Open a command line into that folder
a Execute this command: arprep

Hi all,
Remedy support tells me there's a newer version of the arloganalyzer
(arwklga) tool out there somewhere that's better to use with an ARS 7
installation. Can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Well, rrrLic is the most popular one. Probably because it is easier to
understand than hardcor logfile analysis...
Regardless of the tool you use (Notepad works), I would urge everyone to
use the logfiles more. Both for performance and troubleshooting issues.
You do not need to
e API and SQL logs in detail to see what was pinging them so
heavily during that timeframe.

gives you a reference over time about how busy the thread was. The MIN
Idle time only gives you a point in ti

I haven't had much occasion to use the log analyzer very much, and I want
to make sure I'm interpreting the results correctly as part of thread
tuning. In determining if I need to increase my threads, which column is
more important, the "AVG Idle Time" or the "MIN Idle Time"? I can see
