It is not ../windows/odbc.ini or ../windows/win files installed as remedy..
Anyone else know of where the Remedy installer installs those Crystal files
under ../windows ? ../windows32 ?

Narrowed the issue down.
It is somehow Related to having CR XI Developer installed on the PC.
Regardless of the Client - installed..
AS an Admin - it runs fine, as a user it gives the error. Folder permissions
is not the issue..
Maybe permissions to Windows folder ?

I have Crystal reports 9 - embedded into the ARS 5.12 server fine.
I have Crystal Report Developer XI loaded onto the same desktop.
When trying to Run a report that I had earlier Ran on ARS 7.0
