Hi All, I have a contact database currently and need to add two features to it:
1. To interface with email (MS Exchange/Outlook), so that a record content can be sent to the receiver for modification. Upon receiving the modified record, I need to import into Remedy and modify the record automatically. 2. To be able to pick a list of people in the contact list in ARS and move the email addresses to the To: line in Outlook. 3. Appreciated if anyone has done that or has any idea about how to make them work. Thanks.
