Has anyone came up with a database script that can build out the ardb.conf?
We're looking at splitting our indexes and LOBs into a seperate tablespace,
however manually build of an ardb.conf would be very time consuming. We've
been looking at ways to also do this without using an ardb.conf fil

What about if you re-save the form. Does it re-create the indexes and LOBs?
Also, we have concerns on how patches/upgrades would affect our split without
using an ardb.conf.

Not sure, but I don't think it would recreate indexes. Index recreation is
a hard task and it would be inefficient.
But at soon you modify an index, or create a new one, then your DBA will
have to act on them.
