Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: NONE We are running ARS/ITSM 7.6.04 SP4 on Windows 2008. We have 4 mid-tiers behind a load balancer. The mid-tiers are configured to authenticate using the CAC module in the Atrium SSO. Our users are experiencing random session timeouts and authentication failed messages throughout the day. This happens while saving a ticket or doing searches. Is anyone using or know of anyone using a configuration similar to ours and experiencing similar issues.
