Why do we not start a Remedy Online Book wiki where everybody can add their
comments/experiences and then compile the book from that? Might be a good
start and all can comment or add when they like to...

but I think we got side-tracked. I've mentioned it to Doug a couple of times,
but he got side-tracked as well. At the time we talked, ARS was still at
Version 5.x. Things have gotten more complicated with the rise
