Has anyone had this type of error using the mid-tier that can tell me what is causing it? The user says it happens intermittently. I have looked on the BMC page and searched the list but found nothing definitive. The user is on IE v6 against a v7.1 mid-tier and v6.0.1 unix Remedy server.
