Hi all, I want to change some fields (buttons, character fields etc) in SRM, specifically in the form SRS: Servicerequestconsole, those under the requests that were made for me, such as the button "Show related services", etc.. I can chage many fields from Remedy administrator (or developer studio) or from the form SYS: MessageBox, but these I do not know how. Could anybody help me please?.
