Dear List, This issue has been fixed. Needed to make a virtual directory for the crystal report on the IIS server. Some setting being changes on the ODBC side.

Arsystem 6.3 Patch 23 Midtier 6.3 patch 23 I have installed crystal report enterprise edition 10 on this.. This server is just a replication of my Prod Midtier server.
