So I'm wondering if there's some hidden trick to looking up defects. I
have a problem with our production mid tier and BMC support told me
it's fixed by Patch 10 and they gave me the defect id. I look at patch
10 and the defect id is listed as being fixed there but it deals with
linux/db2, we're on windows/mssql.
So I go to lookup the defect id, see if there's something hidden in
the info as to why it fixes my error and the id is not listed on the
BMC defects list. Any tricks you guys got to lookup a defect that
doesn't want to be found? :)
