Duplicate email from Smart Reporting

Good day folks, Have a Smart Reporting question for everyone. We have suddenly started to see duplicate emails being sent for scheduled broadcasts. We have two servers set up for Smart Reporting. They are not configured in a cluster. Over the weekend there were two changes made. One was with

Not really sure how this would have changed based on the changes you described, but not being in a cluster... does one of the Smart Reporting servers have Email Notifications set to Off in the General Settings config? Otherwise I would expect both servers to send broadcast emails independently. Ja

Email Notifications were set on both servers. Turned one off and it still duplicated a test broadcast. Cycled Tomcat and still duplicate message. Before Sunday, one server had DisableTaskScheduler set to TRUE in the web.xml file. The other file did not have the parameter. After Sunday neither

Jason, That is correct. If the parameter is not in the web.xml file the task scheduler runs on the server. Documentation on Communities notes this needs to be set on serveEd in a cluster as well. I want to note that I have Email notifications enabled on both servers again. So it seems both ser
