The answer was to create a .arx file, and that turned out to be pretty easy. I just used Notepad++ to create the headers, and then used replace to get rid of the commas and replace with " ". The only thing I had to do extra was add "DATA" to the start of each line of data and in the field with the return, swap out return for "\n". Worked like a charm and did not take more then 20 minutes.
