The "synattackprotect" key is located here on the SQL database server:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Tcpip\Parameters
I had to set this to "0", reboot the database server and start the AR system
install from scratch.
Again would be worth checking the windows eve

Are you able to ask for the list of privileges/permissions that have been
granted to the resource account - both for Windows and SQL? Considering 7.6p5
and 8.1 are both giving
instead of the domain account?
