The DSO I did was between a Helpdesk server and a Change Server and did not
require moving the CMDB data. The data did not have any relationships that
needed to be moved. You should not have any issues with timing since the data
in
the relationship forms are not compared to any existing data
Hi Roger,
My plan was to implement the DSO filters on all the CMDB regular forms
to include the 2 that you mentioned. Have you implemented DSO
throughout CMDB? Did you have to order the filters in a certain way?
Any advice?
