I would like to hear from people who may have used this system with Remedy ARS (either ITSM or custom apps), as to how you'll may have leveraged the use of FFA with Remedy trouble ticketing systems.
I realize that this is a pretty open ended question. I would welcome any responses either to the list or directly to me. I might soon be on a project where I may need to integrate these two together - I do not know what the scope of that integration would be as yet, but am trying to get some insight into TOA tools for FFA (Field Force Automation). I have worked with a similar tool before many years ago, and unfortunately do not recall any specifics.
