Most of it is pretty cut and dry and we have a viable plan in place. We will enforce a retention policy on ticketing data and remove data for a single user across the entire system at their request. However, because the Audit data is stored in a single table for all forms we do not want to enforce the data retention policy. We are leaning towards excluding it from our retention policy and removing an individual's data upon request. Have any of you decided how to handle audit data in light of GDPR?
