Thanks for the excellent suggestion, I believe that's the functionality we're
going to build.
Per the other posts, seems that user access directly to the SRM module for AD
authenticated users would not be the best approach.

Roger correctly summarises the problem, but I'm surprised he didn't point out
that the JSS SSO Plugin can automatically raise an incident in ITSM when a user
connects and has no account, invoking the correct process to provision an
