All,

One of our app developers is having an issue that I'm hoping someone
here can shed some light on. He has a custom .NET application that uses
the HPD_Incident Interface_CREATE_WS web service to submit requests. So
the Incident is created successfully, and using fiddler, we saw that
Remedy is also returning the incident # that gets generated. However,
his .NET tool cannot capture this and it shows the value as NULL. Have
any of you seen this or have any tips/workarounds?

I tried having him go to each individual mid tier server bypassing the
load balancer but this did not help. I assumed it wouldn't because
remedy is returning the incident #.

Remedy env: load balanced mid tier and app servers on windows server
2008 64bit, AR/ITSM 7.6.04

The app is built on: Windows 2003 server, .NET 2.0, vis studio 2010
